My name is Justin “JJ” Barham, and I lead The OGA Group, where we help individuals, families, and business owners prepare for retirement and protect what they’ve worked hard to build. With nearly 30 years of experience in retirement and estate planning, I focus on strategies that create flexibility, reduce tax burdens, and ensure wealth is transferred efficiently and smoothly to the next generation.
For business owners, we also provide guidance on qualified retirement planning strategies designed to maximize deductions, defer taxes, and strengthen both personal and business financial security. Whether it’s structuring a retirement plan, exploring Roth conversions, or coordinating estate strategies, our approach is always tailored to each client’s unique goals.
Outside of the office, I’m a husband, father, and active member of my community. I believe retirement and estate planning are about more than numbers—it’s about people, families, and the futures they’re working to create.
